Cuban Crescent Panini

  • 1 (8-oz) can Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 ounces deli sliced ham
  • 4 ounces deli sliced pork
  • 2 slices fontina cheese
  • 6-8 pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons apple butter

Preheat panini press or any indoor grill with hinged lid. Unroll can of dough and separate each lengthwise down the middle perforation to form 2 sections. Firmly press perforations to seal. Place 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 ounces of ham, 2 ounces of pork, 1 slice of cheese and 3-4 pickle slices on half of each section. Top with 2 tablespoons apple butter. Fold dough over filling and seal edges. Place each panini on grill and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each panini in 1/2 diagonally and serve.
